Starting the week off on the right foot isn’t just about having your coffee ready—it’s about mindset. Today, I want to share a simple yet powerful practice: setting positive intentions for the week.

Think of it as planting seeds in a garden. Each intention is a seed that, with care and attention, can bloom into beautiful outcomes. For example, starting my week with the intention to be patient has helped me handle stress much better. Try it out; you might be surprised by how much a little positivity can change your day!
